Here are the nutritional stats for both PB2 and Jif Powdered PB both can be found at your grocery store. Ok lets see if the information sticks this time.
Never mind the darn information will not stick in the post.
Basically both PB2 and Jif Powdered PB are very close in stats and either one would be a good alternative to real PB.
then have PB - the real thing... if your program allows..

IMO - it is good, as long as it is natural, NSA - no sugar added. Fat is not the enemy... Carbs are.
But have in mind that PB or other nut butters are high calorie foods. And they are "sliders"..so it is easy to overeat.
I eat real PB rather seldom. Peanuts are not real nuts but legume - like beans. But I do eat almond butter.
PB make me crave more and more of it, almond butter - 1TB - and I am fine.
