I'm a bit confused. When looking at labels, which of these should I be looking at or should I combine both when choosing the right foods? Thanks!

the only fat I avoid are trans fats. but.... I also look at what is the source of the fat and I avoid soy oil, hydrogenated oils, canola oils..

anything else - is a fair game to me..

avocado, nuts, bacon, meats, eggs.. etc..
