I'm having a difficult time eating. I can only ear about 2/3 cup of food and I'm full for hours. I get hot flashes if I eat more than that or even if I wait 30 minutes. How much should I be eating at 1 year 8 months? How many cups per sitting? How often and how many meals a day?
I am over 10 years out and just eat around a 1/2 cup to a cup depending on what I eat..... My first year I would eat just a few bites at a time........ Try just eating a few bites every few hours and not try to make yourself to full.
