Am I on the right track?

Have you talked to your NUT about what your calorie intake should be? I had surgery on 5/4 and got really worried afterwards because I'd read about people eating 300-500 calories a day, and I was easily getting in 700-800 and surpassing my protein goal. I talked to my nutritionist about it, and she said that eating as little as 500 calories a day is likely to make you lose muscle mass, not fat, especially right after surgery. She also said that low of a calorie intake can make your metabolism drop like a rock, draining your energy and halting your weight loss. She said when people are severely calorie restricting and not losing, she recommends they add more calories in. That made me feel much better about my average ~800 calories and 70-100g of protein, and my loss has been pretty steady.
There was no calorie level set. Just rotating between 4 oz of "soft solids" and water every hour. I have kept on pace with this. I am at the level she said for protein, eventually she wants me to work up to 100 g per day and 64+ oz of water. But, I am stopping when I am full, which is what she advised. I am not trying to calorie restrict per se this just seems to be what I can fit into a day.

Gotcha. If you're following your NUT's advice, you're probably fine. Weight loss isn't necessarily linear. Pre-op, I had some weeks where I lost 6 lbs and some where I gained half a pound doing the exact same thing.
Your water is way too low - try to get at least 64 ounces a day.

Just try to eat healthy foods like lean meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, berries etc. Weight loss is not always about cutting food is more about eating healthy and balanced diet. Fat burning foods like avocado, blue berries, cinnamon, ginger, kale, cabbage, green tea, lemon, lean meat, cabbage, olive oil, salmon, almonds, sweet potatoes can also be very helpful in speeding up the weight loss process.
