Excited to have a variety of options, week 2!

I'm seven days post op (ryx)! I can now venture on with a few of my pre op fav things. Lite Yogurt, oatmeal, cream of wheat, apple sauce. .. I was given a list by my drs. office what to eat, but portions weren't included. I hope I didn't overdo myself I just had a 4 Oz. Dannon lite n fit greek strawberry yogurt. (I didn't eat the chunks). I don't recall these being so scrumptious & super sweet but I couldn't stop eating it because of my clear liquid diet! Any sites that might have menu planning?
You might consider posting this to the RNY forums. And there's a post there everyday for people to share what they're eating!

It is! But it's also a bit slow compared to the surgery forums. So you might get better/more answers there :D
