Okay so here is my problem.  I am 2.5 months out and am down 90 pounds!  However, I have not been tracking calories very well, the problem that I am facing is that I started tracking and certain foods that I am eating are high in calorie (nuts, meatloaf, so on)  I need some ideas of foods I can eat that are lower calorie foods while still getting my protein in.  I am going to the gym 5 days a week and working my butt off so I am losing alot faster than some.  But need help with this.

Thanks

We use ground turkey instead of ground beef - reduces the calories and fat, yet still have a good amount of protein. It taste wonderful in meatloaf, spaghetti sauce, etc.

Congrats on your success!

I don't know which surgery you had, but each surgery type has it's own forum and there's a daily post where people share what they're eating.  I'd suggest checking that out!
