Changed body clock affects my diet

I'm having problems losing weight and the problem is that my work schedule is not normal. I read a lot of articles that my weight increase is caused by stress, lack of sleep and of course my eating habit. How do you deal with this?

I've checked out this program Six Weeks To Slim Healthy Program by NourishWeightLossandWellness.com and I can feel that might be a good fit for me, I'm still also considering other options.
