diet
I had RNY surgery on 12-19-14. I have done wonderful about being able to eat and not getting sick but I have lost 30 pounds since Dec. I'm worried that i not doing something right. I can tolerate any type food. I workout 3x a week for at least 1 hour. It's coming off just very slow. Any suggestions on how to loose a little quicker. Right now I eat high protein no carb and no sugar diet. I drink at least 64oz. of water per day.thanks
