I had RNY surgery on 12-19-14. I have done wonderful about being able to eat and not getting sick but I have lost 30 pounds since Dec. I'm worried that i not doing something right. I can tolerate any type food. I workout 3x a week for at least 1 hour. It's coming off just very slow. Any suggestions on how to loose a little quicker. Right now I eat high protein no carb and no sugar diet. I drink at least 64oz. of water per day.thanks

You didn't say what your starting weight was, but 30 pounds in about 3 months sounds pretty good to me!

Sorry just joined yesterday. I've been reading and visiting site for a while. My highest weight was 320 . At preop 14 days before surgery I was 304. Day of surgery I was 294 . Today 3 months later I am 272

First of all congrats on your WLS and your fabulous weight loss.  I was a very slow loser too.  It took me about 1.5-2.0 yrs to lose 100lbs.  So don't stress, just remember as long as the scale is going down, it's all good!
