Hey Guys and Gals,

I have a friend who sells Reliv products. She is a cancer survivor and has touted its benefits and admitted that she was skeptical like I am right now. Have any of you tried the product? Thoughts and experiences? I want some unbiased feedback. I am preop at the moment and plan on discussing the products with my doctors.

Any help is always appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

I wouldn't use them . I looked at two of the powders and the first ingredient in each is soy. We need whey isolate. Men especially should watch soy cause it messes with hormones.

Second ingredient in one of the powders was fructose, sugar. There is only 7 grams of protein Ina scoop.

It's mostly crap tome.
