Help I feel like I don't remember what to eat anymore

I totally can relate. For continued weight loss my paperwork says per day 6 oz protein, 1 c starch, 1-1/4 c vegetables, and 1 c fruit.

Breakfast-2 oz protein, 1/2 c starch, 1/4 c fruit

Lunch- 2 oz protein, 1/4 c starch, 1/2 c vegetables, 1/2 c fruit

Dinner-2 oz protein, 1/4 c starch, 1/2 c vegetables, 1/4 c fruit

I will be checking out my WLS site and see what everyone is eating and continuing to lose weight, too. See you there if you did RNY.
