The nutrition info for them is online - I've found that they're too low in protein and too high in carbs for what I want to be eating.

Great question. I saw the commercial also. While the concept of a protein snack is good I agree with Gwen that the protein could be more. I am a personal trainer and I like for my exercising clients to consume a minimum of 20 grams of protein but I really want them to get 25-30 grams. I think the commercial says it provides 13 grams.
I use these pretty often for when I am on the go over one of my designated meal times. I also use them when I'm travelling as they don't take up much room in my carry on and make a very convenient meal. I generally carry on two and my protein powder. That way I know that I am covered even if my flights experience some significant delays.
