I think you're thinking of the 5 day pouch test. I heard this is nothing more than a fad diet. If you want to get back on track, visit the back on track forum for some pointers. Besides it might not give you the jump start you're looking for.

Type in back on track forum by the magnifying glass, or try pm Kathy S, she is the moderator, or pm Cathy W, she is the leader of the group. I think you have to ask to join the group. They should be able to help you.
