I am looking for some ideas for purée recipes, I'm three weeks post-op. I'm getting tired of the same ol same ol. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks.

Purée some grilled chicken and tomato sauce? Add some ricotta?

Here's a list of the foods I ate during my pureed stage.  I was so happy when I made it to purees since I started cooking for my family and eating with them again!

wow, thanks alot, I am on the pureed stage, and never dreamed I could have some of these dishes. It really helps fill out this diet for 3 weeks!

This is going to sound like a silly question, but I am about to start this phase as well, pureed/soft foods.  The recipes you posted look great, but do I have to actually puree the food or can I eat them as is and just chew them thoroughly?
