Stalls are completely normal through this whole process - so get used to them!  (I know, it sucks, eh?)  Stick to your plan and you'll reach your goals.

obviously your scale is a liar. or at least deceitful. its a useless tool. completely. it does nothing but sit there. i lost 120 pounds without one and when i decided to "care" about my weight loss i bought one and began to weigh. i made a "goal" to get down to 300 pounds. i "stalled" at 300 pounds for a year. i broke that fu**in' lying thing, put the focus back on eating less using my surgery "tool," implemented exercise, and lost 60 more pounds. didn't lose for 4  more years. last year lost 20lbs, about to lose another 20lbs without weighing a thing 

this is not a diet, this is not a "quick fix." and thats all i have to offer atm. if you must weigh, weigh once every other month. but do the best you can for yourself and you'll be reading nothing but a useless fact that changes nothing
