Acid or actual hunger?

i heard that acid in your stomach can feel like hunger. How do you know the difference. Should I take Prilosec and see if it works? I'm in my pre surgery 2 week diet. Also is it cheaper to get a prescription or buy it in store.

Chances are that since you're in your pre-op diet, it's real hunger, since the pre-op diet just sucks that way. Sorry!
