Fiber in pre op diet

did anyone add fiber to the pre-op liquid diet?? If so what kind and how much. My cousin said she did but I havnt found much material on it. Any tips or trick would help as well. I'm getting my sleeve on 12/19

VSG on 03/13/14

I didn't. My diet required five shakes a day, so that's all I had. Nothing added.
