I will have to try watering them down, I am having trouble finding one that I can stand the taste but I have been getting better with the liquids.

Hi Tina, I use Premier Protein shakes and I think they are the BEST tasting ones out there!!  The chocolate really is the best flavor and all of the flavors have 30g of protein in each one (they are 11 oz. each).  They are 160 calories and only contain 1g of sugar.  I have one every morning and then find it easier to make up the other 30-40g of protein with the food I eat during the day.  Good luck to you!

Hubby is having the same issues, no matter how hard he tries he simply cant get all the protein in. Dehydration is a big issue, especially in warm climates like south florida. Finding a palitable protein powder has mad ean enormous difference. We went to Vitamin Shoppe and found two fantastic proteins but the problem always seems to be too much volume for the amount of protein needed.
