Protein & liquid Intake
What, exactly, are you eating and why can't you get in more? Only 12 ounces of fluids is definitely going to hinder your loss and will probably put you back in the hospital due to dehydration.

You are damaging you kidneys and organs if you aren't drinking enough liquids.

Definitely up the water intake, can you tolerate protein shakes? You can add more water if it's too thick, or try adding unflavored protein to your food, not sure what "unflavored protein" in water tastes like, but you can put it in soy milk/almond milk etc instead. Get tha****er up!, if you're still having issues see your dr., you don't want to end up in the hospital.
