Poet_Kelly, please help!

I have searched in the old topics for a Vitamin Schedule and found yours and several others VERY helpful. I have been reading many threads on Vitamins and seem to recall a thread, maybe a month or two ago, about a Lab where you could order specific post bariatric recommended Labwork for yourself, and then get the results online. Now I cannot find this thread; I THINK you were the one who know of this Lab and I wanted to read your opinions...Was this you, and what is your recommendation for 6-month complete labwork? (If you don't mind me calling you out like this?). I have printed off two things to be "armed" at my PCP appt this week; the lapsf.com recommendations and an excel spreadsheet (authored by a Pam?) from a thread about Vitamins here on OH. But I can't find your opinion on the "do-it-yourself" Labwork.

there are many online labs like this. Do a google search for online labs and you can have your pick. 

BTW, I was born and raised in Shelbyville. 

Thanks!! I just went ahead and had my labs drawn at Urgent Care in Shelbyville today. I have asked Kelly for her lab tracker spreadsheet on the other main forum. I am anxious to make sure I am getting all my Vitamins absorbed!
