food choices after the sleeve

VSG on 02/29/12

I had my sleeve in 2011. I went from 212.to 135. I am back up to 156 and i really need advice. What does your typical day consist of regarding food? I feel so ignorant but I'm obviously making bad choices. My doctor wants me to lose weight immediately after seeing my yearly physical results.

I recommend checking out the VSG forum. There's a daily post there called "whatcha eating today" that should give you ideas about what fellow VSGers are eating. :)
