So has anyone eaten Russell Stover sugar free candies after having a RNY??
I have and it does not cause dumping but I will forewarn you to eat it in moderation because with the sugar alcohol in it if you eat much of it, it will cause diarrhea big time. And it will upset your stomach something awful.
Sugar Free Candy causes rumbling in my digestive track and bad bad bad smelly gas.
