I'm not going to get into the reasons, but I had quit taking all my vitamin for over a year. Pre surgery, I was already low on vitamin D, was told my my Dr to take 1000 daily and a 50,000 weekly. Anyways, I've been feeling pretty bad lately, weak, exhausted, depressed. Also, I'm a pro wrestler so I've noticed I've been getting bruised a lot easier and I'd be sore for a few day longer than I used to. I'm 30 years old, pre surgical weight was 375, i'm 2 years out and am currently 199. My low was 193 LBS. Now i'm trying to start taking all my vitamins again, I have a new girlfriend and am happy with life again and am trying to get my life back on track. I haven't lifted weights for about a month because of feeling so banged up from wrestling, but recently quit wrestling in order to switch my time and energy to focus on paying off my debt, get my life back to being healthy, and back into the gym to lift again, and most important, advance our relationship into the next steps. If i start taking all my vitamins again regularly, how long should I expect to have to wait until I start feeling better again?

Depends on the vitamin, but I tend to notice a difference within a week.

At this point, you might want to get full blown lab work done so that you know what you need to take.
