Am I on a slippery slope to failure?
I'm trying to get back into eating right. There was a lot of stress eating during my life changing events. I'm finding it nearly impossible to stay at 1200 calories. I'm drinking protein shakes in the morning and at lunch. I find I have to snack between meals or I feel so hungry. I'm almost 2 years post gastric. Am I a lost cause? I'm scared to put my weight back on
I am eating about 850 calories before dinner. I just had plastic surgery so exercise is not an option right now

Well, being you are doing breakfast and lunch as shakes, then wanting something between for snacks, why don`t you switch that around. Make mini meals for breakfast and lunch using proteins then veg., and have the shakes for your in between snacks. That might help. An egg for brekkie, with a strip or two of turkey bacon, some good protein and veg for lunch.........
