I know that after my RNY surgery I must consume 60g or more of protein every day.  But my dietician didn't mention the rest.  How many grams carbs, fats, fruits, milk(for women) should I be adding to my daily diet along with my 60+g of protein?

Hi! That's too bad you didn't get more than the protein info from your nut...I set up my goals on My Fitness Pal before my surgery and adjust it as I go along.  Presently (13 months out) my daily goals are:  Calories per day 750 / Protein 75 / Carbs 55 / Fat 25 / Sugar 25.  I am 5'5" and I do not increase my daily consumption even though MFP says that you can increase based on your exercise.  My exercise today (90 minutes) would have allowed an additional 700 calories that I do not want.  The site is quite useful though for tracking and for computing my goals.  I hope this points you in the right direction so you can figure out what you need for your weight loss goals!  Good luck!!
