Paleo anyone?
Hi Lisa, I believe it's a good diet choice. I've been hearing a lot of good stuff about the Paleo especially it being the ideal diet for Diabetics. I have Diabetes and, although I don't have a name for my daily diet, I think I'm benefiting from the food groups that are included in the Paleo diet such as nuts and vegetables. Generally I feel great and healthy so I think Paleo is not just one of those fad diets. If you haven't done so yet, I recommend you track log your eating habits to see how this affects your health.
