Calorie Intake Post Op for RNY

I know we are all different, just curious what your daily calorie intake is.  I'm almost 3 yrs post op and really have no clue where I should be at! 

I'm in the same situation, and noticed that I'm gaining back a few pounds, so I had to refer back to my old manual that I got pre-op.   Long term instructions (which I haven't done well following, LOL) is to eat no more than 4 oz of food per meal.  That is impossible for me because my hunger is back, so I am eating about 6 oz of food or less per meal.  I remember him verbally telling me that I am only allowed 800 calories per day, so I am trying to do that.  I am also exercising about 30 minutes a day.  If all else, call your Dr and see what he recommended.  Good luck!
