Oh my gosh, I am 13 years out, and I am having troubles also, we are so similar, when I had the surgery I got down to 145, for a minute.

Now I have creeped up to 175, which is not fun. Now all the charts say I am overweight, which I hate. I live in Sun City and have access

to a whole work out facility a block away I can use for free, but I don't. I want to at least get down to 155, which is 20 lbs. I am not sure

where to start for my diet. I feel like I should get back to the protein, any ideas for me. I thought I was done with this. I thought I would

stay thin, I don't like feeling chunky now. thanks, sandi oh by the way, I have vitamin problems too, and I am trying to take a ton of them

to see if that helps.

I'd say the #1 thing to start losing weight is just get moving! Take a walk every single day!
