I am 5 days post surgery. Started the protein shakes today. I have terrible diarrhea with them.
Does anyone of any suggestions?

Which shakes have you tried? It may be that you need to switch to a different brand. I have problems tolerating anything with milk in it since my surgery. May need lactose free.
