Not losing enough since 6/19/13 surgery

I had Gastric Bypass on June 19, 2013.  Since then, I have lost 34 pounds.  The problem is, I haven't lost any weight in the last 3 weeks.  I am remaining at the same weight, not up and not down.  I know I am not eating enough, as I eat 1-2 times a day.  Do you think, with me not getting enough protein in, this could be why I am not losing any weight?  Also, I am having trouble getting enough fluid in.  I am lucky if I get 30 ounces of fluid a day.  Everything tastes like pond scum.  I have tried water, crystal light, diet iced tea....ugh....help!

Hi

A list of what you eat would help.

If I eat at all during the day, I will have a protein shake.  Then at night, for supper, I usually have 3-4 ounces of protein - usually a piece of chicken or sometimes a lean hamburger  a couple teaspoons of mashed potato and 2-3 slices of carrots.  Usually though, it's just the protein at night.

As weird as it sounds - you need to eat more to lose weight.

Thanks for the advice.  I have stepped up my protein and have lost 6 pounds in the last 4 days.  I am back to losing weight!
