Chia seeds?
yes very good for you, gives you energy too. They are a bit calorically dense so don't go crazy with them, but if you sprinkle them into your protein shakes or on your salads they are good. Don't taste like much. If you get them wet they get a bit of a gel like coating on them but not gross or anything. Great Omegas and some fiber. Flax seed is better for fiber.
