Probiotics

Hey all! I'm looking to add probiotics to my diet at the recommendation of my GI. He didn't have any specific brand recommendations and I was reaching out to you to see what products you use? I already do Activia Light Yogurt, but am looking for a pill or gummy? THANKS!!

I take some all the time. I take Vitamin shoppe - their brand, also some from Vitacost..

Lately _ I decided to spend some money and now i am taking the Align - (Sam's or Costco) - it is really pricey - but if that works - then my money is well spend.

I asked some people (vets - with experience with that ) what they recommend - and few suggested the additional 2 brands:
