Syntrax Caribbean Cooler

I think the name of the drink I just had an hour ago is Caribbean Cooler. Having HUGE gas and stomach pains from it and I haven't even had the operation yet. So glad I tried it out first! Has anyone else had issues with this pre or post op? I mixed it with ice and water. 

Syntrax Nectar protein powder is the one brand that doesn't give me digestive distress. Everyone is different, and it may take a while to find the one that fits you best. Note, after surgery, things affect you differently and taste different. What you like presurgery may not be what you like post surgery.  I also like the taste better if I mix protein powder with unsweetened almond or almond-coconut milk. And I prefer it in the blender with ice to make it like soft serve ice cream.
