Gallbladder Post Op Diet?

I had my gallbladder removed yesterday & also adjustment to my bypass but did not receive any diet instructions - anyone been there?

Hello, I am having mine out Tuesday and was wondering the same thing, considering I had a roux en y in 2011. I asked ahead of time about putting something vitamin wise in my iv for prevention of nutritional issues, as my hysterectomy last year set me back nutritionally, despite following the rules. The nurse at my preop appt. suggested I talk to the anasthesiologist about that...not sure what that entails...if I find out, I will let you know. I also STRESSED to my surgeon that I need a nutritionist....when I moved cross country, I was left without a gastric bypass dr and team.

I have suffered tremendously these past few months from not being able to eat much due to my gallbladder hardly working.
