Breakfast & Kitchen Transformation

After i was able to start eating solid foods, I lived on low fat string cheese and low fat cottage cheese for a while. I am almost 4 years post-op now. For breakfast every morning, I have a greek yogurt (high in protein), with a banana and Brand Bud cereal (a couple table spoons) mixed in for crunch and for the added brand.
