Realistic weight loss goals
What is a realistic wieght goal post WLS?? I am currently 285 lbs and am not sur where a realistic goal should be set. My docs say a realistic expectation of loss is about 70% of my excess body fat. That being said my healthy guidline for wieght means \i should lose up to 150 lbs. 70% of that would be about 100 pounds or so. So I should aim and expect a goal weight of 185 with excess skin? Is it reasonable to want to weigh 140 lbs? Am I being extreme? Oh man now I have a whole new host of questions LOL.
