Less carb, more fruits and veggies, exact amount of protein....  Oh yes by the way, just remember this food pyramid (Grow, Go, Glow). Bear in mind that eating too much and eating less are somehow Threats to Memory and Brain Power

The ideal eating plan for you would be to have small frequent meals ..Try and include more of green veggies and salads in your diet , as they are rich in fiber and will give you a feeling of fullness..Do try and exercise regularly  by going for a brisk walk ..Keeping yourself hydrated is very good..
