Hoping to have the VGS in a few months.   What tools did you buy - an expensive food processor?  How do you get all the veggies pulverized so well?  What else helps with the new stomach I am going to be getting?

Most important to me : measuring cups, measuring spoons, and a food scale. I still use them all daily without fail.

I have a KitchenAid food processor and a Ninja blender, both work great at pureeing and pulverizing.

Good luck!

Please share with me how you use measuring cups?  I would think the food scale would take care of that?  What is a typical menu / meal and how you use these tools?

I bought the magic bullet on clearance and glad I did. Has worked well for protein shakes and mixing puddings, etc
