Protein Shakes

Hello,
I'm brand new to this site.  I'm Pr-Op and my gastric bypass sleeve will be in about 3 more weeks.  I have been trying to find a Protein powder that will be the best for me.  My problem is that I'm lactose intolerent and  I'm also crystalline fructose intolerent.

Can anyone recommend a protein shake with flavor and none of the above?

Check the Unjury site for ingredients. I don't have a canister with me to check for you, but the taste, disolvability, and absorption/quality of protein can't be beat. Good luck to you!
