How to get protein in....RNY done 7/16/12

Bariatric advantage has one called Yes Whey. It is nice as it is premixed, ready to drink an pretty concentrated. Something like 20 gm in 3 oz. They have a couple of flavors ( fruit punch, grape and orange maybe). I can't tolerate them as they have whey, but the small amount for large protein gain makes me jealous!).
