Which Diet/Exercise Programs have you had success with?

 I am a 4 year WLS (RNY) graduate. I lost 130 lbs originally and was very happy. In the last year I am up 30 lbs and I really want to get control of it before it starts becoming a problem again.

I want to know what programs people would recommend...or that they are having success on? 
Something with an easy meal plan would be great!
I am not an avid exerciser...so something that isn't too extreme in that department (such as P90X) would be best too.

To maintain and not to gain - or to lose some I follow low carb diet.  That works for me - with a very little exercise...

We do have a group - very supportive - Back on Track Together... that allows us to keep honest and post our plan. Very supportive

i was wondering if you ever found a good diet, I am in the same boat you are!
