Vitamins

 I will be having the gastric sleeve next month and am trying to order the neccessary vitamin supplements sucg as b12, calcium, magnisum and a multi vitamin

Does anyone have any recommendations as to a particular brand.  Would prefer chewable vitamins and whether to purchase online or at a retail store.
