can I swallow my multi vitamins

I am talking the Flintstones kid's multi vitamins- and I realllllly dont like to chew it- can I swallow it? I have the BIG bottle so I dont want to waste them but YUK

Ohh I had the gastric pouch done so I dont have to crush my pills normally

The ASMBS says it's fine to swallow your multi. But why are you taking a kids' vitamin? As the ASMBS says, you need a good adult vitamin.

They do have good adult multi vitamins in chewables, they also
make liquid vitamins. Although watch out for sugar. I have been
swollowing my vitamins since the hospital. I just make sure any
pill I take is not a slow release.

I dont believe that flinstones has all the nutrition we need.
