really frustrated

i'm eating 800-1000 calories a day.... getting in at least 75 g protein daily, watching my carb intake and sodium intake ... and gaining weight?

i'm so frustrated right now.  i'm getting anxious and starting to nibble more, because i am not seeing the results i expected. I'm very active compared to before. Even if i don't get in 30 min of cardio, i am walking around the office so much, people are getting irritated by my presence. I park further away in the parking lot to catch a few extra steps. I'm getting in plenty of fluids, including crystal light, and mio in my water.

my bm's are not fun ... i take probiotics to help that process, to little avail. I take vitamin e to help with that 'issue' as well. I get bloated so quickly, even though i take fluid pills. I am still on all meds i was on before surgery. This is so uncool! I've been told to be patient, that things will happen, but, seriously, I am far out enough now that I should see the 'honeymoon' period everyone talks about. A person my size should be eating about 2100 calories to maintain their weight loss, so I should be seeing results .... what on earth am i not doing right?

Hang in there!! You didn't gain it over night, you're NOT going to lose it over night.
Sounds to me you're doing it right!!  If you're not already doing it, make sure you journal your intake and go over it at the end of each day... oh and bring it to your follow up appointments!

Going back to basics can help (just less dramatic).  You rememer all lilquids, then mooshies, semi-solids... etc. etc...

In my experience, you can go for a day a week maybe longer and lose hardly anything. Until one morning you wake up and you'll see your down 5lbs!  It's crazy how it works... but that's just it, bottom line... IT WORKS!!!  I promise you!!!  IT WORKS!!!!!

At barely than two months out you've got a loooooong way to go before you are out of the infamous "honeymoon" phase!!!  Even when that's over it isn't OVER this is the new you!
I've been declared a slow loser - and couldn't be happier!!
 I  can,  I  will.

Hang in there don't get discouraged every one has a different time clock if you dropped somewieght and see it slow down it could be your body reorganizing itself.   Liquid intake is the key. you bm's are also a factor  costipation is a ***** I tried senna tea I get at the healthfood store and I still drink it every other day.  I always say my surgery was a gift and a tool. watch the carbs they will be the downfall. The more you eat of carbs the more you will crave them. Choose protein first I am addicted to greek yogurt and spirteen protein shakes. Have faith keep  walking and moving that is your key also as you build muscle you will feel better and keep what you lost off. This is a life altering thing and you made the right choice. Keep the course.

Rememer the light at the end of the tunnel isn't always the oncoming train!!!
Happines is not a birthright. You make your own happiness through your attitude and the way you behave.Happiness is a choice. It takes daily practice to make it a habbit.
