dietary focus
Hey there! I'm 9 weeks out have lost about 35 lbs. my question is what should my focus be. the metabolic specialist says my caloric expendature is 2200 cal at rest so do i i try to lose based on calories or just make sure i consume my protein grams. my daily caloric intake is 700 to 1100 a day. is this putting me in starvation mode? Is this why my weight loss has been low. i also have only been working out 30 min 2 times a week on average. I'm getting nervous about failure. any advice will be greatly appreciated
