Has anyone tried the Isotonic vitamins?  They are sold by Market America and you drink them with water.  Thanks!

I tried Istonix in 2004 when I had my initial RNY.  They were easy to take as you just have to mix a tiny amount in water and I could easly take them with the provided "cap" that comes with the product.

However I would say do your research throughly and see if the product contains the right amount of nutrients that you need for the surgery that either have had, or are researching.  Especially if it contains the right calcium.

Isotonix from what I remember is carbonated so it fizzes up when mixes it did not agree with me.  I was not aware of that.
Thank You,

Heather

I know this is a little late but I love them. The reason the amounts of vitamin levels are low as the above poster mentioned is because 90% is absorbed into your body, so if the level was higher, you would be getting to much.
