how many calories???
Of course the nutritionist would be the best person to ask, but mine had me at 800-1000 calories a day up until my 1-year check in, when she told me to go up to 1200. So 835 sounds right in the golden zone! :) Remember, protein is very important. My nutritionist told me the right thing - she said if I didn't get enough protein, my hair may thin out. Mine is too thin already, so it kept me on the straight and narrow !
