vitilady vitimins

Are vitilady vitimins up to the quality the  usp standards?

I am just wondering because we did a experiment in support group  to see how fast different brands of vitmins disolve and the vitilady multi vitimains did not disolve in the 20 minute time frame experiment 

 That concerns me because we RNY'ers have less acid in our stomachs and wonder if some capsules just go through undissolved.

What did well in your experiments?

1st of all, unless you are performing your experiments with stomach acid, your results will be inaccurate.  Using water or vinegar are not accurate, they not as strong as stomach acid (even if you've had RNY), is not heated to body temp and is not constantly churning. 

The term “pharmaceutical grade", or USP, is often used to indicate that a supplement has been tested by independent labs for potency and purity. On the other hand, a pharmaceutical standard currently only exists for a handful of supplements. 

Vitalady, from last I looked, resells items made by major manufacturer's of vitamins.  When looking at vitamins, look of a reputable brand from a company that's been around for awhile.  Brands you see in Walmart are find.  There is always a host of info on the internet about vitamin companies too.  You can also check ConsumerLab.com for info on vitamins.  They are like the Consumer Reports for vitamins.

what kind of multi vitimins do you take

I take all my vitamins from Swanson Health Products.  I take 2 of their 1000mcg b12, 1 balance b100 (a b complex), an omega 3 fish oil, biotin, calcium citrate w/ vitamin d, active one multi w/ iron, and acidophilus (probiotic).  They've been around for 45 years, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliant as well as the manufacturer's they use.  I've done my research on them.  I'd trust them as well as or more than Twin Lab or GNC.  I trust them over Puritan's Pride.  I've taken their stuff for over 10 years.

 ISOTONIX vitamins are the best so far for me, I didn't want to believe it at first but I noticed i huge change 2 weeks into them, from lowering cholesterol, to relieving joint pain and more I have so much energy now and I'm so much happier, I also loved the digestive probiotics one too. I firmly believe in this products that I started selling them.
