PROBIOTICS
I do - they have helped me with regulation and digestion as well as gas.
I use the NSI Probiotic 8-5 "8 strains / 5 billion CFU" -- 120 Vegetarian Capsules. I buy them from vitacost.com and take 1-2 a day, depending on if I remember the 2nd one. They are relatively inexpensive, too, considering they last me 2-4 months. I have seen others 3 times as expensive.
Probiotics are a must if you are given antibiotics.
