Balanced Meal

How do I get in a balanced meal if all I can eat is, at most., 1/2 cup of food?  I've been so concerned with getting in my protein that I'm missing the other stuff.  I feel fine, more energy and all, but I'm just concerned that I'm missing something nutritionally.  I take my multi vitamin, calcium citrate and B12 every day.  Help!

My nut always stressed protein and plenty of water during the day.  She stated that as long as you got your protein in at first -- that was the most important thing.  She said you might only have room for 1 or 2 green beans, but that was fine.  Keep taking your vits, calcium and B12.  You'll be fine.



SOME PEOPLE ARE LIKE SLINKIES - NOT REALLY GOOD FOR ANYTHING BUT THEY BRING A SMILE TO YOUR FACE WHEN PUSHED DOWN THE STAIRS.
