Tomorrow I start counting towards my D-day. I'm scheduled for banding on 3/2. I'm in my 2 week wait doing the liquid diet. Glad my first week is behind me. I lost 8 pounds. I'm going for 10 this week. Getting my cardio in each day. Just seems like a dream to be this close. I know it's going to be lots of hard work but I'm just excited about  it all.

I started the first of Jan going to the gym and cutting back on foods. So far I've lost a total of 14 pounds.  Any advice for a newbie?
